2. Response to a Valid DMCA Notice

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material

  • Notify the user responsible for the material about the removal

  • In the case of repeat offenders, suspend or terminate their access to the website


3. Submitting a DMCA Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature

  • Identification of the material removed or disabled and its location prior to removal

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification

  • Your name, address, and phone number

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the Central District of California, or if outside the U.S., to any U.S. judicial district in which the service provider is located, and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice

4. What Happens Next

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will:

  • Provide a copy of the counter-notice to the original complainant

  • Inform them that the removed material will be restored within 10–14 business days unless we are notified that a legal action has been filed to restrain the allegedly infringing party
