Review: Level One has been an impeccable business to deal with. We had initially hired a 'web designer' to create our website and after tolerating a year of serious mishaps including not having a website that was functional AND bringing down my email so we could not be reached for 4 days, I fired the initial company and I called Level One. WHAT A FIND!! Phenomenal listening skills, great customer service, diligent follow-up and great guidance. Whenever I need something updated, I just call them and they handle it, immediately. They also maintain my site and that is something I would never have the time or knowledge to do. You really need a true web design company and Level One is that! PLEASE NEVER LEAVE ME LEVEL ONE!!!

Review: We are an Independent School District in Texas. We contracted Level One in 2020 to overhaul our deprecated website from 2003. It was an overwhelmingly positive experience! They held our hand the entire way and were very knowledgeable and patient with our team. In fact, we still use them for web maintenance services and in developing new site data for us. Overall, Level One Web Design is a reliable and experienced web development company that has been very easy to work with and has met all our needs. After working with other web dev companies in the past on other projects, it really was a breathe of fresh air working with this company. I have recommended them to other school districts and colleagues in my area.
