Review: Possible scam activities with a freight broker.
This place is working with a freight broker Queen Transportation in Hickory NC who screws up the carriers and doesn’t pay them for provided services
We have delivered a freight to this place about 7-8 months ago , it was shipping from Specialized Mobile Exhibits in Winston Salem NC and we are still not getting our compensation for that order from Queen Transportation, the broker don’t answer the phone calls nor the emails and keep ignoring us
We are fully prepared to pursue swift and comprehensive legal action against NVE Experience Agency and Specialized Mobile Exhibits to recover the amount we are lawfully owed. This is a serious breach under the Carmack Amendment, which legally obligates all parties within the shipping and logistics chain to ensure the carrier is compensated. No participant in this chain is exempt from this responsibility.
