Review: Sleepless Media is the kind of web design agency that I've been wanting to work with for years. My company's website was in severe need of a redesign, and we knew that it was going to be a complicated project in terms of content migration, customizations, and attention to detail. I also needed a design agency that could work hand in hand with our SEO people. Fortunately I found Jon and team, who are not only extremely talented web designers but great listeners as well. Also a very patient team - we were far from a well prepared client in terms of having our site content ready to go, but they made the upgrade happen for us regardless. If you have been thinking about a redesign and need a Shopify partner that you can trust, this is your agency. Highest recommendation, and I plan on sending them all of our future web development business.

Review: I reached out to Sleepless Media after the company I originally chose to work with to transition from BigCommerce to Shopify did an awful job. What was supposed to be a three month project was now a year and a half nightmare. The team at Sleepless Media was so knowledgeable, transparent, communicative, and just amazing to work with. If I needed any clarification on anything, they didn’t hesitate to offer to hop on a call with me to make sure I knew what was going on. Every member of the team I have interacted with has been nothing but amazing. I can’t recommend Sleepless Media enough. The work they do is top notch, and worth every dollar. If you work with them, you know the project is going to be done and it’s going to be done exceptionally.

Review: The team at Sleepless is unbelievable. They took on an absolutely MASSIVE web project for our company that had a ton of moving parts and helped us to knock it out of the park. My favorite part about working with them is that they always seem to make it right. In other words, if there's a problem, they fix it and they do it in a timely manner. In a world where solid and reliable customer service seems to be quickly diminishing, the team at Sleepless is taking it up a notch!

Review: Was very impressed with Jon and his amazing and talented staff at Sleepless Media. We met with a lot of other agencies and they were the first to immediately understand our needs and what we were setting out to achieve. We had some difficulties on our end, but they were extremely patient and understanding during the entire process. I was amazed by their attention to detail and how they constantly kept us updated on where they were at in development.
