Review: Horrible customer service! No support from billing or tech support. It is not at all what the web page was purported to be, there is no dashboard to make simple changes, and billing is a joke. No one answers their calls except sales. Very slick presentation and you are stuck with bills that keep coming-BEWARE. I have been with them over 2 years and we are sold on the fact that the website is always ours.

Review: THEY WERE DEPOSITING MONEY WITHOUT MY CONSENT.
I HAD TO TELL THEM OVER 4 MONTHS THAT NO ONE SHOULD TAKE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND MY APPROVAL BUT THEY STILL DID IT AND I HAD TO BLOCK AND CHANGE MY BANK INFO. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND ALMOST FELT LIKE I AM DEALING WITH A SCAM.

I never had to ask twice for anything. It was done quickly and done correctly the first time. I would highly recommend her to anyone thinking of having a new site designed.

Review: BEWARE - VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with Agent Image and their website design team The Design People in the Philippines – I agreed to be charged $2,000 but as of mid December 2022 the website is not what they said they could do. My specific work requests have not completed since July.
Background: In June I called Agent Image (spoke with a California sales representative) to ask if they could combine two existing real estate websites into one with a fresh re-design and, very importantly, show listings by neighborhood in one specific city where I live. I had many confirming conversations (6-7?) with this one sales rep to re-affirm this before I moved forward. He repeatedly told me that they could show listings by neighborhood so I felt assured. I had very specific requirements. I told them that they could use the existing content of both websites but re-design each page with a modern, current look using this existing content given to them. The website creation work was shipped to The Design People in the Philippines. [They are 12 hours ahead of my EST so we communicated by email only.] I gave them $1,000 up front and in 30 days (per their contract), they charged another $1000 to my credit card. This was the total amount for the website. IMPORTANTLY, the work had NOT been completed at the time the second $1000 was charged and I received no email or phone call reminding me that it would be charged even when we had barely lifted off of the ground. More than a month later the project leader at The Design People company told me, after many “up front vetting” conversations with the sales rep, that they could not show listings by neighborhood which was the main reason I hired them. He asked me to provide code for this at one point. They also did not re-design the majority of the existing text/pages that I gave them access to. When I pressed, someone called me and said “We aren’t in the business of giving money back.” Well – now my credit card company is pursuing this. I believe that this was misrepresentation just to get a sale. Beware out there.

Review: The design people did not put the temp sight up in allotted time, communication was horrible, did not have website done in the 2 weeks they stated. Communication was horrible, and they were supposed to give me a link to track progress and that was never done. I gave them everything they needed at original design meeting and still was not done in time. When requested to cancel on the 20th I was told I needed to speak with a manager and it took 2-3 days to hear back. I was then told refund would be processed but they wanted to work on it still to show the product and if i liked it they can work out payment. I then have a followup email that it was processed and never received refund. They after a while of me requesting status I was followed up with an email stating that they would not process refund because work was already done. Per contract they can retain 25% and they will Not refund any of it. A dispute was submitted with my bank and gave they same contract I have with same amount but their bank Bank of america will not refund any wither. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!
