Review: This is my story of working with Ross McClenahan and Tree Top Web Design.
We have a very large (+1000-page website) that is on the older side. In October, Google dropped us as our website was not phone-friendly. 95% of our business comes in from our website, so this put our business in grave jeopardy.
I had worked with Ross on a previous project, so I turned to him for help. He immediately jumped in and worked to resolve my issue with Google by doing some strategic webpage redesigns. He also resubmitted our website, helped me devise an Adworks campaign to help make up for the time we were down, and 2-1/2 months later, our website is up again and doing better than ever!
During this stressful process, he was available when I had questions, explained his recommendations clearly and consisely, and stuck with the budget he initially provided. I am not sure we would still be around without his assistance in all aspects of this project.
If you are considering someone to help you with your website, my personal experience with Tree Top Web Design was everything I could have asked for and more. I highly recommend contacting Ross about your project. In your first phone call, you should get a feel for the integrity, expertise, and reasonable rates he can offer you on your project.
